Summer's Sorted with Arc at The Malthouse!
In celebration of the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham has lots of local, free and affordable activities for children and young people aged 11 to 19 years, who live or go to school in the Borough.
As part of this, Arc is delighted to be offering an exiting FREE five-day film and theatre course for 12 to 17-year-olds - and here's how to join us on Going for Gold!
Going for Gold
A five-day film and theatre project led by Arc where participants will learn skills in performing, presenting, film-making and editing. Participants will work together to create a film focusing on stories behind the 2012 Olympics, and the effect it has on residents of Barking & Dagenham.
Where: Arc's Studios at The Malthouse, Abbey Road, Barking
When: Monday 20 August to Friday 24 August 2012, from 10am to 4pm daily
Age group: 12 to 17 years
