Using case studies provided by the National NWNJ Team, Arc Theatre was commissioned by Devon & Cornwall LCJB to deliver and film a series of Forum theatre events as a lasting resource for the local agencies. Aimed at increasing public confidence and improving the service provided to victims and witnesses, 'No Witness, No Justice' is a joint initiative providing one integral part of an agreed ongoing LCJB Victim and Witness Communication Strategy. 'No Witness, No Justice' is available as a Forum programme for the CJS around the country, in addition to customer care, diversity training, best practice, multi-agency working and anti-discrimination forums.
