Arc Theatre attracts dynamic people with a commitment to high-quality work, who thrive in a challenging, varied and fast-paced environment, and who share the Company's passion for making a difference.

Committed to recognising and developing human potential, we provide induction, training, shadowing, regular feedback and appraisal, and the opportunity for personal and professional development and growth. This can be demonstrated by those who join Arc as an apprentice, progress to Company member and continue the connection as an Associate.

We are always interested in meeting new people who can bring their skills, ideas and experiences to the Company. We interview/audition suitable candidates and if offered work (whether short or long-term, voluntary or paid) you will need to either provide a recent, valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check - previously CRB check. For more information on DBS checks, visit www.gov.uk/disclosure-barring-service-check/overview

Arc has a comprehensive and up-to-date Policy system in place, including Child Protection/Safeguarding Children, Equalities & Anti-Discrimination (Equal Opportunities summary on the right of this page), Staff Training & Development, Health & Safety etc. All staff, whether paid, voluntary, work experience or freelance are expected to fully understand and work within the regulations provided. Staff are regularly monitored to ensure quality of work and understanding and promotion of Company Policies, for the protection, wellbeing and safeguarding of all involved.

To register your interest in working with Arc, please send a cover letter telling us why you would like to work with us, together with your CV, to our General Manager, Nita Bocking: nita@arctheatre.com
