Pradeep is a Business Psychologist specialising in Leadership Development. He is also on the Board of Trustees of The Space – an arts centre in east London, and Co-Artistic Director of theatre company A Monkey With Cymbals.
Pradeep started his career as an actor and associate director with Arc, delivering performances and facilitating sessions for (among others) various police services, the Department of Justice, and Trans Europe Halles conferences. A fellow of the Institute of Leadership, he is a passionate advocate for the use of the arts to bring about social change.
An associate artist since 2005, Pradeep joined Arc’s Board of Management in 2020.
